MINIMUM STAY PERIODS

We have a 2-NIGHT minimum stay outside of school holidays.
During SCHOOL HOLIDAYS and on LONG WEEKENDS, we may have longer minimum stay periods.

CANCELLATIONS & REBOOKINGS

• You'll receive 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before your stay.
• For cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before your stay, we will provide a credit of 50% of the value of the booking to be used at any time in the following six months
• Only one rescheduling per booking is possible, and this policy applies to bookings made on this site
• Bookings made on other booking sites such as AIRBNB, will have the cancellation policy applicable on that site when the booking was made.

COVId-19

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, extra cleaning protocols and sanitisation processes are in place to ensure our guests feel safe knowing that our home is disinfected and sanitised during cleaning before each and every stay.​​
During your stay please feel free to use the hand sanitiser provided and adhere to any government restrictions and social distancing protocols currently in place.  Recognise that these are difficult times for our local community too, and be patient and supportive whilst our local businesses recover and serve us all best they can. ​
